At this time, we do not ship outside the continental United States due to legalities around international laws. 

We offer Shipping via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Allow 2-8 business for shipping days depending on location, holiday schedule, and type of USPS delivery service requested.

Please give us a call immediately at 800-683-4420 if you have entered the wrong delivery information. If your order has not already shipped, we will work to correct the delivery information.

You should receive an order confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order. If you don’t see the email, please check your SPAM or junk folder.

If there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please email the following information to support@etheridgeorganics.com as soon as possible and we’ll guide you through the replacement process.

We offer shipping of online purchases to 38 states within the continental U.S. but we DO NOT ship to the following states due to individual state laws for CBD/ Hemp: AK, DE, HI, ID, IA, KS, LA, MS, NE, NH, SC, SD, UT.

If the laws expand for the above states listed, we will update our shipping policy accordingly.

Please call our Support team at 1-800-683-4420 if you’ve placed an order and would like to modify the items or a shipping address. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order to your specifications. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return process.

Traditionally, extractions suspended in ethanol have an extended shelf life.

Most ethanol tinctures last around 5 years and glycerites around 3 years. Please look at the individual product, specifications can be found on the bottle, stamped on the bottom.

We use unique biophotonic glass bottles, also known as violet glass, to block UV light.

This glass allows little to no light to pass through which reduces the risk of any microbiological contamination after the bottle is opened.

Always consult your health care professional for instructions on recommended dosage best suited for your specific needs before using our products.

General recommendations for dosage are found on the labels of our products.

Place drops under your tongue for optimal absorption into your bloodstream.

If the taste is too strong, the drops can be put into water, tea, juice, or your favorite drink instead of under the tongue.

Please Note: For the pure 1000 extracts, usually up to 1/4-1/2 dropper is placed under the tongue at one time, then repeated if necessary, to avoid overwhelming your mouth with too much tincture at once.

Yes, all of our products are vegan.

We use certified organic ingredients in all of our products. Our hemp, while not certified, is grown locally on a certified organic farm with organic practices, and is third-party tested for 68 different pesticides under rigorous standards for cannabis in the state of California.

Yes, our tinctures are full spectrum. Complete with intact phytonutrients, our tinctures provide an opportunity for the plants to demonstrate their capabilities by delivering their compounds via what is known as the entourage effect.

This is nature at its best.

All of our hemp liquid extracts are made from hemp flowers.

In herbalism, the final product is only as good as the starting point, and so for our purposes we never use stems, trim, or stalks in any of our products. 

Only the finest and most potent part is used, the trimmed flowers. 

Yes, we test the flowers, concentrate, and final product form with third-party labs to ensure our products are free from any contaminants, pesticides, and heavy metals, and to verify no more than 0.3% THC is present.

No, Etheridge Organics' tinctures do not have any psychoactive effects.

All of Etheridge Organics’ products are full spectrum which means that they contain all of the cannabinoids available in the hemp plant, including THC. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that you will pass a drug test due to trace amounts of THC present in our products.

We put warnings on our labels because we are required by law to do so.
